Here in Wiltshire, when it comes to good quality, fresh food, we are spoilt for choice. The county has an abundance of locally grown, excellent produce – all right here on our doorstep. It is easy to source lamb and beef reared on the chalk downlands and pastures, seasonal wild game, eggs from free roaming flocks of hens, fresh organic fruit and vegetables, alongside fine ales and spirits. From field to fork, there is so much to celebrate and savour across the county. It is no wonder that there is such a wide range of award-winning places to eat and drink. With this in mind, we asked chefs and food producers to share some of their favourite recipes, for you to try at home. Enjoy the best of Wiltshire!
