The Chippenham community will be managing markets, play areas, parks and streetscene services from the summer now a transfer package has been agreed. Believed by many to be the crowning achievement of Bach’s illustrious career, the St Matthew Passion will be sung by Salisbury Cathedral Choir with soloists James Oxley and Neal Davies.
