Each year, Salisbury Catenians raise money for good causes, both locally and around the world. In their most recent fundraising effort, they raised £1350 the the Society of Our Lady of Lourdes — an organisation that enables and encourages pilgrims, mainly from England, to visit Lourdes, minimising barriers of cost and disability.

Sascha Blanchard, a trustee of the Society of Our Lady of Lourdes, said, “We are absolutely delighted to receive this cheque, all our nurses, carers and doctors volunteer their time so this will go directly to the pilgrims”.

The Catenian Association is an international network of Catholic men who are committed to their Christian faith, their families and to helping those in need since the early Twentieth Century.
