For a wide choice, not to mention a great roadside display, visit Bromham and admire the spectacle at the family-run farm shop of V & P Collins, on the junction of Westbrook Road with Devizes Road.

You will find that the southern half of the parish is mostly given over to market gardening and while you’re there, you can call in at the farm shop of JT Paget & Son at Stills Farm in Hawk Street.

The latter have been growing vegetables here for 101 years. Michael and Sarah’s son Tim and his family are the fourth generation to live on, and farm, this land. They grow, wash and distribute a broad range of field vegetables to wholesalers, retailers and caterers, besides selling on the farm.
