The Wylye Valley Art Trail – winner of the 2022 Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service - is up and running for spring 2023.

The largest and most popular visual arts event in Wiltshire, the Trail takes place from 29th April until 7th May 2023, and is open for applications until 9th January from anyone who lives, works in or has a strong connection to southwest Wiltshire.

Are you a maker – of any sort: painter, potter, sculptor, woodturner, photographer, jeweller – looking to increase your presence in the county? Are you just starting out on your artistic career, hoping to show your work for the first time?

Or do you have an interesting space – a pub, a barn, a church, a shed – that you’d be prepared to lend to a venueless maker?

If you are and do, and you’re based in this part of the county, then get on down and join the Wylye Valley Art Trail. And if you’re under 25 it’s even better: you could win sponsorship to the tune of £500, but best be quick - applications for the Young Artist Award close at the end of September.
